The staff may not be as customer-centric as some would like and may come across as arrogant at times. However, if these aspects are not a concern for you, the hospital does offer other positives such as cleanliness and value for money, particularly in regards to kidney stone treatment. It is important to weigh all factors when considering a hospital for medical treatment
